Satay Feast
A hawker centre is the best place to find it. We love Lau Pa Sat on Raffles Quay. At the side of the centre you will find Satay Street where there are many different stalls cooking fresh, delicious satay. The outdoor seating is the way to go on a steamy night in Singapore, and don’t forget to wash down your feast of satays with a jug of cold Tiger beer.
